Message	from a seller on an auction I won for a new vacuum(mine bit the dust). The seller is telling me that Paypal is holding all new accounts money for 6 months before releasing money to the seller. The seller cancelled the transaction and refunded my money from paypal. This sounds like BS to me. I can't imagine Paypal doing that to new sellers.
